Im a omnivore and try my best to eat healty local foods. But if i had a choice I choose vegans. Here's My favourate dish...Its not filling so i could eat until my mouth hurts. It is tender a little meaty but not too much, fuzzy like a nectorine, slight aroma kinda like tilapia and has a gentle bitter yet sweet taste......Does not go well with a plate of beans😉
