Amazon wants to buy Flipkart?

US e-commerce giant Amazon has offered formal proposal to buy Flipkart, the retailer of retail online, on Wednesday, according to sources in the US Press CNBC-TV18. For this purchase agreement, Flipkart has offered Twenty-two billion dollars for a breakup fee.
