What is up DLive!

Today I wanted to share another fun hand stand drill with you!

This is one of my favorite one arm hand stand drills that I like to practice. I like to call this drill, "One Arm Opposite Shoulder Taps". This drill is a strength builders for shoulders and arms. Practicing this drill will help your with progressing your endurance in hand stand. Add these into your hand stand practice or even into your regular workout routine for a fun body weight exercise.

          You make it look so easy, but I bet it is not that easy to do.
