Philips Hue company announces lights that beam data at 250 Mbps - The Verge

Signify has announced a new range of internet-transmitting LiFi lights. Truelifi will include both new lights, as well as transceivers retrofitted into existing Philips models, and is capable of transmitting data at speeds of 150 mbps.
