Cricket News: India's famed middle-order failed to counter the Afghanistan spinners as the Gulbadin Naib-led side restricted the two-time champions to a below-par 225.
India's middle order is vulnerable and they haven't performed very well over the years. The main concern is that the management is backing Vijay Shankar at number 4 but honestly he isn't a good choice at that spot. There are players like Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant who can play at number 4 and they are much better batsmen than Shankar.
India needs to change the tactics and test their bench strength.
