MS Dhoni Pulls Out Of West Indies Tour, Not Retiring Right Now: Report | Cricket News
MS Dhoni has opted out of the upcoming West Indies tour ahead of the squad announcement, which is scheduled for Sunday.
Ms Dhoni himself mention that he will be taking 2 months break from cricket to serve his paramilitary regiment. As we all know about him, he is an Honorary Lieutenant Colonel in the Parachute Regiment of the Territorial Army.
Here is what a senior BCCI official told, "We would like to clarify three things. MS Dhoni is not retiring from cricket right now. He is taking a two month sabbatical to serve his paramilitary regiment which he had committed much earlier. We have now intimated his decision to skipper Virat Kohli and chairman of selectors MSK Prasad."
India will play three T20 matchs, Three odi's and two test matches againt west Indies starting from August 3.
