China says, blockchain technology is a scam though China central bank tried to create cryptocurrency from 2014 but that was banned.  But recently they have passed a law that, probably on August of 2020 they will become able to launch crypto-currency.    But, the good news is that, a positive impact is already established on crypto-currency.
