LONDON (REUTERS) - World number three Lexi Thompson has apologised to her fellow competitors after a caddie carrying 38 LPGA players' bags from France to the Woburn Golf Club for the Women's British Open was delayed because she had left her passport in her golf bag.
It's just golf clubs but it's quite a big deal when it comes to international players such as the lady you're seeing on the photo. Most world players are indeed very cautious of what clubs they use. When I was a kid, I though gold is such a boring game but everything changes now specially when I knew how much these people are earning just by playing gold in the internationals.
This kind of incident happens not always but it would be best not to repeat the same thing. I hope she didn't took much bashing out of this. Everyone makes mistakes and that what makes us more human.
