Tesla Model Y production at Gigafactory 1 in 2020 could result in higher profits, says Wedbush after factory tour - Electrek

Wedbush Securities has an optimistic outlook on Tesla. This is in line with the outperform rating is carries on it.

Analysts got a tour of the Fremont and Giga factory and left with the impression the Model Y could make Tesla profitable from the start. With the layout of Giga, the Model Y can be produced at a profit. This is also enhanced by battery production efficiency which gives Tesla a competitive advantage.
