The Atlanta Braves took a hard stand with their young budding superstar.
On Sunday, they benched Acuna for admiring a long fly ball to right field. Acuna thought it was gone and posed at the plate. Unfortunately for him, it bounced off the right field wall and Acuna only got a single out of it.
The play had little meaning on the game as the Braves won easily over the Dodgers. It did send a message to the young superstar.
