By the way, in the university where my wife and I teach the term HR is obsolete to a person according to the advances of study, can not be considered a resource, the resource is only considered for the materials to use in the production of a product ... well here in Venezuela we are trying to promote the paradigm shift and it is known as Human Management, because in reality humans only manage resources ...

First off, your site looks great - very professional. And good for you to use dlike to share your posts here. I am all about the double dipping on steem.

I don't know too much about hr, but I did see the some banks are using closed blockchains to talk among themselves. The more use of blockchain technology the better. I want to see the mainstream get into cryptocurrency and if they notice blockchains working elsewhere - great.

But I am also wary of all my info out there for all to see. Not sure about the idea work work history and all that. But verification of degrees and that type of thing would be very helpful. A lot of people try to use fake credentials and it would be good to have a check on that.

Yes already number of companies and banks started test run on it.

Find it hard sell as there is LinkedIn who is way ahead of this data analytics when it comes to resumes. Furthermore what is the point of a blockchain if resumes are suppose to continue updating as one goes through his or her career? Blockchain to store data but data that is obsolete in a few years do not necessarily need to be archived.
