Dragonfruit - Thai food plus
The pitaya or dragon fruit (gao mung gorn) looks to be a cross between something from outer space and something from the abyss. It is the fruit of the vining cactus plant and visually unlike any other fruit.

Dragon fruit is very subtle, very delicate. So you want to be careful not to kill it with things that have very strong flavor
And its absolutely delicious. I have 20 trees at my home in Koh Samui which produced a lot of fruit this year, I cant get enough of it!
Really you have your own tree?I want to plant it in.my vacant land.I hope i able to produce it.
I never taste this food yet but when I go home I will buy and I.hope I.like it
