@saswat036, since you are posting a lot from quora, which at all time defaults to the dlike image, why not you use one of the public domain images of quora? For instance you could use this image for all your quora postings: 
That will look better than the default dlike image, imho.
Every time am trying to do so, but not able to find the way to put the picture. There is no button to select the image i think.
Please help in this.
Hi @saswat036, After you have shared the link on dlike.io, go to steemit.com or steempeak.com and edit your submission there. You can either delete the old image url and insert the new image url you want to insert or alternatively you can save the new image on your computer and upload it to steemit.com or steempeak.com. Don't forget to delete the old image before saving.
