Granddad of toddler who died in cruise ship fall knew window was open, Royal Caribbean says
This man leaned over the railing for 8 seconds! He is either the most oblivious person to his/her surroundings in the world or is lying. Hellen Keller could have determined if the window was open. This family needs to be counter sued and held accountable.
