DIY Gift Bag
Hi there everyone!
So today I got another DIY creation for you, so gift bags these days are very expensive and not everyone has money for it. I aswell almost never have money to buy someone a gift bag, so today I made a gift bag for future use while I was watching series and thought to share it with you all. Its very simple to make and it doesn't take very long to make it.
What you will need to make this is:
- A piece of white or coloured paper
- Glue
- Decorations
- Ribbon
So firstly you have to fold the paper in half, but you only make a little fold at the top of the paper to find the middle of the paper.
Then your paper should look like this
Then you take the right side of the paper and fold it over to meet the edge which you folded in the step above
Then you take the left side of the paper and fold it over till its a little bit over the right piece you folded in the previous step
Then you fold the left side open again and put glue on the edge of that side ,then you paste it on top of the right one.
Then next you take the bottom piece and you fold it over about 3 finger's length
Then you open up the piece you folded in the previous step.
Then you fold the edges of that piece
Then you fold the top piece over till its a little over the edge and you do the same with the bottom piece , putting glue on the corners and a little on the bottom piece to seal the fold.
Then you turn the page around so the side is facing your body then you fold the side of the paper so the little diamond shape that is on the bottom is covered , do this on both sides
Then your gift bag should look like this
After that step you put your hand in the opening of the bag and carefully open it to reveal the bag
Then you fold over the top to create a way to seal the bag. Then you take your decorations and you start decorating.
I took a ribbon and some flower cut outs with rhinestones to decorate my gift bag , but you can decorate it any way you choose.
Then you can decorate your bag and then you are ready to fill it up and give it to someone!
And there is the finished product! I really hope you enjoyed this diy ! If you have any questions or tips please feel free to comment it would be much appreciated !
