DIY gift box out of plastic bottle

Hi everyone today I would like to show you a trick to make gift boxes with soft drink bottles.

Things you would need.

1. Soft drink bottle(s)
2. Scissors
3. Decorations eg paint , ribbon (optional)

First was out the bottle, then cut it n the doted line ( see picture)

After the top is cut of start to cut each second line vertical on the bottle, (see picture)

Now it should look like this.

By now it should just "flop" close but if it does not just close it by hand and put rubber bands on it and leave it in the sun for 1 hour.

Now the box is done and now it is time to channel the inner artist and decorate , my inner artist is still asleep that is why my painting skills is not that good , the orange one I tried to look like a pumpkin which failed and the pink one i tried a rough look and it did not come out to bad, if all else fails just wrap it in a ribbon.
