RE: I'm surprised 'Bill '

You mean that young man was on his way to the morgue BUT that old White Guy that tripped him up was

  1. Lucky the cops didn't shoot him for interfering in the hunt

  2. the savior in that young man's life, because if you watch the video of the donut sugar lickers, one of them even says "a milli-second later, and there is shots fired," even thought the guy was Running Away from Them with his BACK to THEM.... and the gun was not visible since it was in his waist band.

This sounds like SHOOT FIRST ask questions Later, MUCH much later.

This guy is no innocent, and the Street JUDGE, JURY AND EXECUTIONER were deprived of another victim...oh well there is always tomorrow.

In that circle of Donut Lickers, only the Black cop thinks that the guy is trying to get away and dispose of the weapon, while the rest of the White Cops (roll their eyes off camera) and proceed to state how they were ready to Shoot.... again, even though no gun was visible and the guy had his back to them.

And when it is isn't a gun...... then it is...'Well, I thought it was a gun.'

Judge Jury and Executioner with only a high school diploma..... there are plenty waiting to fill the ranks.

Sort:

so if you were a cop and someone reached for their waistband in a threatening manner you would wait for them to pull out the gun and aim it at you before you did anything?

I have actually lived it in real life, and yes that has actually happened to me, and we both lived to tell about it. It turned out to be a dark phone, in the dark while in a split second foot chase after a hardened criminal.
In my lifetime experience of chasing fugitives I have come to realize that in those split seconds and moments you can come to realize many things, like in a slow motion Matrix movie kind of way. That is what kept me alive and those around me, including those I was chasing.
Had it been a real gun and a real threat then yes, my life and those with me comes first and that threat would be eliminated, guaranteed.
Unfortunately, reaching for your waist pants can lead to death, even if it is just to keep them from falling off of you. Case in point, Arizona white kid shot by cop while crawling on his knees, crying, and reaching for his shorts to keep them from falling off him while he crawled led to his death.
Another very recent case in Sacramento, CA, where a black man was shot with a phone in his hand.

The problem mostly stems from allowing police to be Judge, Jury and Executioner while only high school educated, working for a Police state under a system known to suppress, oppress and repress those it polices.

that and idiots who can't keep their hands away from their pants when told to.

You have probably never experience duress under police authority for no apparent reason, and a simple movement caused by such duress due to nervousness and fear can quickly escalate. I grew up in a ghetto, so I have needlessly experienced this for no other apparent reason other than living in poor high crime area.

LOL this is like when I assumed you were not a cop.
