Open discussion: Nipples

So the media thinks it's inappropriate to have female nipples displayed to the public. However, if it is male nipples on display, it is unnecessary to censor. However, my question is, if I were to censor female nipples by photoshopping and editing male nipples over female nipples, would it still be deemed inappropriate? Since, of course, male nipples aren't inappropriate to the public and aren't in need of being censored, of course.

Additionally, if a guy were to watch a topless woman with male nipples photoshopped over her own, and said guy were to get an erection, would he be gay?
