rimjhim01Editor of Shawkat Osman Chowdhury, a former Bangla teacher and researcher from Bhujpur National High School, Chowdhury Ahmad Chafa (1930-2008) gave a signed Rimzhim gift. He was a student of Chowdhury Ahmad Khafra and a nephew of a cousin. Shawkat Osman Chowdhury, the eldest child of late Mohammad Hossain Chowdhury and Nuranahar Begum, was born in Azimpur village of Bhujpur thana of Chittagong. Syed Abdul Wares Fakir (1868-1928), poet, drawn in Bankimadhara's prose style, is written in GandyapadyThe book Pantarpan (1922) was a textbook for the sixth grade in the British period. Mahabub-ul Alam (1898-1981), fiction and historian, was the first to highlight his life and literary work. Qazi Hasmat Ali, Syed Abdul Vares Fakir, Chowdhury Ahmad Chafa and Shawkat Osman Chowdhury - all of whom are descendants of Haji Chadullah who are Delhi-returned and emperor-paid certificates, including 'Bin Droon', who owns land for freeholding.
