Discover Different Thoughts and Ideas
It is not possible for a person to know everything and it is very natural. Try to understand their point of view by having conversations with people who believe in different things or have different interests. For example, if you have a medium income, you can exchange ideas with a high-income friend about different financial issues. These conversations will not change your opinion or worldview, but will open up your perceptions.
Being open-minded on such matters is proof that you will not blindly believe in any thought or belief. In this way, both people will take you as an example, and people who think differently will feel confident in you without fear of being misunderstood.
If you win an argument, there is nothing worth bragging about. Phrases like "I told you" make you perceived as just an arrogant person and people are afraid to talk to you about issues that are important to them.
Don't comment on every detail when giving people advice, instead let them free enough to discover things for themselves. Nobody wants to have a little principal in their life.
If someone has asked you for help, guide that person in the right direction, but don't tell them what and how to do it down to the smallest details. Do not insist that he will fail if he does not evaluate his suggestions. When people discover things on their own, they also find that they are stronger than they thought.
