Power supply while travelling in Southeast Asia

SEA uses 220 - 240 volt electricity so make sure your devices can handle that.

Power socket configurations vary quite a bit so you’ll need an adapter to make your devices work with the local sockets. Rather than having many adapters just get a multiplug in your home country, plug everything into that and use one universal adapter to supply the multiplug. Electricity supply fluctuates more than normal, so having a bit of surge protection in the multiplug is a good idea.

Something like this:

Always be sure to unplug your devices during thunderstorms.
