I gained about 80 pounds in about a year and a half. Bad diet made me feel terrible.

But we all have bad days. Here is the city at night to cheer you up.

I used to eat McDonald’s and for desert I would have dunkin donuts. Wash it all down with some cola or coffee and you have yourself a real recipe for disaster!

I tried keto, I tried fasting, I tried intermittent fasting. Nothing was sustainable until now.

I reduced my food intake. Both volume of food and calories.

I eat mostly food that’s not been processed. Stuff that’s alive like blueberries, steak, veggies, mushrooms. I eat under 500 calories in a meal.

I cut out sugar. And if I eat carbs I try to avoid deep fried carbs. But in moderation my body really loves carbs and I digest it very quickly.

I made a new routine for myself where I walk 8 miles per day. 6-7 days a week.

I’ve been on this new regiment for about a week. I have lost about 8 lbs in that time. I don’t think I’m losing much muscle and I don’t feel hungry anymore. I feel great.
