What is the PERFECT Diet for Humans?

diet doesn't really matter, as long as there's bacon in it.

Its funny how people:
breathe smoke (from cigars) instead of clean air,
drink sugared soda instead of clean water,
eat dead animal flesh roasted on fire, eat chicken period, and processed excreta instead of fresh fruits full with water and monosaccharides essential to human energy,
spend most of there days in unnatural posture positions...
and still wander why do they get sick with diabetes, heart and pressure problems, cancer.
You body is not designed to be filled with that. Try to fill your cars gas tank with sand and see what happens.

What about fats and proteins? Body needs it!

Plenty of protein in plants bruh bruh

You have enough of those in plants, fruits and vegetables for your needs. Btw have you ever heard someone went to the hospital for protein deficiency?

Why just fruit, what about vegetables?

Funny all the things people say the body needs when anyone mentions an all fruit diet but they always fail to look at the people around them when they say this. Everyone is over weight, sick, depressed, angry and on meds but the body needs proteins and fat! I am a frugivore now for 6 months and I feel better than I have in 20 years. I think I will skip all the proteins and fats. Thanks,
