The Kraftkins Diet

Recently I've been reading about diets and felt the need to create my own, I decided I must have a mix of Atkins and Kraft. I shall call it kraftkins this diet will be one month of only Mac and cheese for all 3 meals. May God have mercy on my cholesterol, tonight begins my 30 days.

More about the Kraftkins diet:
•You can only have pasta with cheese.
•You can add a small topping such as crumbled bacon, grated cheese etc.
•You can have anything except alcohol.

Goals of the Kraftkins diet:
•To prove any radical obsessed change will make you lose weight.
•To get up votes for being insane

Now in my 25 years of eating food I have discovered:
a) I love cheese
b) cheese takes a long time to go through your body.
And due to past experiences with a redvines diet I discovered our body can only process so much of any given substance a day. In the case of redvines we can only process x amount of grams of gelatin a day and the rest kind of just sits there leaving you filling full. I lost 14 pounds during a two week period of eating only redvines.
•Was this healthy?
No I probably made sure I'll get diabetes at a later age in life, and it's a smaller form of starvation because my body couldn't process it

My stats:
6'4, Male, 310 pounds, slightly chubby yet muscular.

Questions I believe I will receive:
•You said chubby, is that like when a 700 pound person says they're not fat they're just big boned?
Well, I only have one answer to that you're a dick all lives matter.

•Why name it kraftkins?
Because I feel it's as unhealthy as Atkins seemed and Kraft is the most well known Mac and cheese creator in history.

•What would you do for a Klondike bar?
More than you

•Is this satirical?
Slightly, but I do intend to do this diet and satiate my belief about diets in general and allow myself the joy of narcissism

I will add pictures of my journey this evening, not alot of selections for Mac and cheese around here so you may see duplicate brands.

Details details my sweet prince, I'll receive the following from Kraft Mac and cheese alone:

Dependant on how my body feels I may add a healthier topping, although I have a craving for bacon and jalapenos right now.

I will post how I feel during it all, if I get sick, feel terrible etc and if I took any medicine, vitamins or drank some orange juice to fight that feeling.

Although I must say I think my body is used to randomly being deprived of some nutrients (ate cup o noodles and drank monsters for an entire summer when halo 4 came out)

Night 1:

I did say I had a craving for jalapeno and bacon after all, although you cant see the jalapeno in there I used mostly seeds to add more spice. It's pretty good
Hornel premade Mac and cheese nutritional info:
840 calories, sounds appropriate for my daily intake and smaller than a usual dinner. I added the bacon bits for around another 100 calories - this contains 75% of my daily calcium not much of anything else.

Legit havnt had Mac and cheese in awhile, tastes pretty good granted bacon does make everything better. I am feeling full relatively fast despite not having had a lunch today, I guess I won't tomorrow either due to work - may ninja a microwave Kraft cup

So instead of doing day by day postings I think I will accumulate 1 week and link within the old post to the new post, I figure it will make it easier on the readers as opposed to sifting through comments.
