4 oz. 93% lean ground turkey
This is just “one” meal i have Monday thru Friday. I mix it with egg whites, or veggies, or sweet potatoes, or even on a salad depending on the time of day I’m consuming!!
My personal goal is to consume at least 20 grams of protein per meal!! Resulting in a daily intake of 200 grams per day!
