A typical Fasting Diet Plan
Fasting requires discipline. But its rewards are bountiful. Intermittent fasting is a diet that involves going without eating food, or eating minimally which means living on zero to 500 calories each day for the most part. Typically, you should go at least 16 hours of not eating in between meals. Or you can eat once a day to simplify your improved life of fasting!
There are many variations of this diet and each person should create their own *stipulations. So far I've lost 5 pounds of fat within a week and a half. Here's my diet:
Drink lots of water daily!
Everyday at 5pm I eat one meal of 10 raw almonds, 10 garlic-stuffed olives, and 3 hard-boiled eggs. I also take a multivitamin.
Garlic has antioxidants which provides an additional boost to repairing healthy cells, slows aging while fasting enables the body to rid itself of dead cells.
Olives and almonds are healthy fats that provide nutrients to the brain which you will definitely need to remain mentally focused.
Eggs have great protein which will keep you feeling satisfied and provide nutrients to your muscles.

Nice! I've started experimenting with intermittent fasting and when I do eat, I make sure my meal is ketogenic. Nice to connect with someone else here on Steemit who is also into this stuff. If you're interested, you might want to check out my article and video on the subject here:
