What To Eat For A Simple Healthy Diet and Cleansing the body

Many people are confused what is truly healthy due to the extremely convoluted food industry. Eating is simple and nature provides us with exactly what our body needs to repair itself and run at optimal capacity. I will be sharing with everyone how to detox the body and build it back up from nothing so that it can withstand anything someone throws into it. Most people are trying to rebuild their temple right now without even clearing out the clutter, junk, gunk, sludge, blockages, etc which is not healthy at all. They are building their temple, the body, on a very shaky foundation which can break at any moment. We need to first clear everything that is harmful to our body out before we can truly rebuild it into a solid temple that cannot be penetrated. In this video I will be outlining a very simple way to eat that will not over burden the body as many do when they begin to eat healthy by missing many different things. The body does best at cleansing when it doesn't have to put so much energy into digestion and can focus on cleaning. This is why the ancients used to live by the concept of Fasting and Feasting which I will be speaking on in future videos.

cant agree more!!! I have done a juice fasting last year it was hard the first 2 days but I started to fell better and better starting day 3, and I actually felt more energizing than ever and my taste buds and other senses were so sharp afterword!!! I might have to do it again soon!
