New eating regime going well so far

Don't get me wrong, it hasn't been perfect as had a few cookies, wine gum sweets, small and very rare bit of ice-cream etc, but all in all this lower carb thing isn't going too bad.
For the past week my diet has consisted pretty much of this with not too much misbehaving.

Breakfast- egg, bacon. Today sausage and mushrooms also included.

Lunch- fruit salads with Greek yogurt. One day bacon baguette with fruit salaf. Yesterday sausage roll as was out.

Tea- lots of salad portions, baked potatos with cheese and meat ranging from chicken to burger. Nothing processed at all , although tonight we did enjoy a homemade steak pie, mash and vedge.

Night snack-my typical late snack is always nuts and or a Clementine or two.

There you have it, my much improved daily diet without calorie counting. Lots of healthy fat and nutrition and I'm never left feeling hungry. Like I said it's not the perfect low carb diet but I couldn't not have potatoes as they are a root vedge and are healthy. Had a few treats in there but not daily crisps or all day chocolate and biscuits.
My goal is to lose and keep a size 12 figure ( I'm size 14) , followed by keeping a healthy natural as possibly diet with lots of meat and natural fats. I absolutely will not calorie count or hide from small amounts of sugar either, nor will I feel guilty when o enjoy Mac and cheese.
