Dirty Durbin?

Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) started a "he touched me inappropriately" sort of accusation against President Donald Trump, which somehow seemed inevitable. The Marxist-oriented Democrat Party pols have been having a festive Martin's Dancers holiday, traipsing and prancing about as they sang touchingly about "Dreamers" and "Longing To Be Freers." When President Trump requested that the Democrat pols grow up and get back to serious work for the nation, his leadership was denounced as un-American. Some suggested that Mr. Trump might be mentally ill, requiring forcible suspension of his active term in office while mental health specialists at Saint Elizabeths (psychiatric) Hospital in SE Washington DC summoned all their skills to bear witness to Trump's "stability" - or lack thereof. In such an extraordinary case President Trump would supersede Ezra Pound as the most famous political prisoner confined to St. E's tender care.

There is nothing special about Sen. Durbin. His state is in a state of unacknowledged bankruptcy, awaiting fellow Dems and DC federal judges (or other such) to bail Illinois out of its self-created mess. If the Dems can win back control of congress after the mid-term elections, they will be in excellent position to pass bills spreading the financial incompetency of states such as Illinois, California and New Jersey to the entire fifty states. Illinois in particular has become America's first "Third World State of the Union."

Given the stupidity which took root decades back in Illinois, there is little reason to be surprised that its politicians feel a close solidarity with Mugabe's Zimbabwe and its Marxist economic strategies, as well as similar deep veins of incompetence in Sub-Saharan Africa. Given this objective condition in Illinois, a casual observer can readily understand how President Trump's immigration policies have hurt the Democrats in the heart.

Voltaire had advised his fellow Freemasons that, should they need to secure the goals of the Brotherhood, they should feel free to "lie like the devil."

Perhaps Senator Dick Durbin and other Dems have determined to show solidarity with Voltaire's dictum, and they are lying like the devil to smear and thwart the president of the United States of America. The Major Media seems to also follow this course.
