RE: Auf der Suche nach Ersatz für Bitvavo
In the case of naira exchange, it is now a big challenge for us here in Nigeria. The government are fighting tooth and nail to stop crypto exchanges in the country. They went as far as arresting two senior operatives of binance in the bid to discourage crypto trading.
In their defense, the Nigeria government are saying that Nigeria traders are manipulating the BDC market and it Is devaluing our naira. But in reality, they know the reason why the naira isn’t doing well against the dollar but yet they chose to ignore it.
They are now spreading their tentacles to other crypto exchanges. So, is really been difficult exchanging our crypto to naira
I'm sorry to hear that. It's depressing when you can't do certain things just because you're from a certain country. I hope you can still find a way. For citizens from Germany, there are also restrictions on some exchanges, but that's not so bad because the most important functions can be used or there are alternatives.
Cryptocurrency is a force and it has come to stay for good and not there to bargain with any crazy government . So, is either our governments accept it or steer clear because no matter there efforts, crypto will always find its way to beat traditional system of banking..
