In meinem persönlichen Umfeld wird aktuell viel gebaut. Das Haus für die Familie als großer Schritt in die Zukunft.
Interessant sind dabei die unterschiedlichen Ansichten zu Thema Kosten und Investition.
"Unser Haus ist eine Investition!"
Doch was ist wirklich dran an dieser Aussage?
Sehen wir mal genauer hin
Aktuell sind die Zinsen so günstig wie noch nie. Also liegt es auch nahe, in etwas zu investieren. Warum also nicht in ein eigenes Haus?
Der Begriff der Investition wird hier allerdings in einem etwas anderen Konsens benutzt.
