19-year-old claims to be 12 years old
At school, it was clear to everyone that the refugee is not twelve years old. He had beard growth. He used the school for his drug deals, beat up classmates and had three lawyers.
On entering Germany, Abbas R. had stated his date of birth on December 1,2004, and the authorities accepted this without control. The twelve-year-old is apparently of legal age, however, has almost 100 entries in the police file. His father apparently works for IS.
In Berlin, out of 4252 unaccompanied minor refugees, only 39 people had to undergo a medical test, and it turned out that almost all of them were adults. The CDU and CSU are now increasingly demanding that the age of young refugees be determined medically.
