In einem Interview bei Stansberry Research sprach der bekannte Shark-Tank (die englische Version von „die Höhle der Löwen“) Investor Kevin O‘ Leary über seine Investments in den Krypto-Markt.

An einem gewissen Punkt innerhalb der nächsten zwei bis drei Jahre wird die US-Regierung Gesetze und Richtlinien für Kryptowährungen schaffen. Und sie werden zuerst Stablecoins, Bitcoin und Ethereum, also die Projekte mit hoher Marktkapitalisierung regulieren.

Sobald dies passiert und man einen Staats- oder Pensionsfonds leitet, wird man etwa 1-3% des Anlagevermögens in [Bitcoin und Ethereum] allozieren. Und ich persönlich will bereits in Bitcoin investiert sein, wenn dieser Zeitpunkt kommt.“

Denn ich kann Ihnen mit Gewissheit sagen, da ich souveräne Vermögensfonds und Pensionskassen betreue, trotz des ganzen Hypes um Bitcoin besitzt noch keine einzige dieser Institutionen auch nur einen einzigen Coin. Und sie werden auch keine kaufen, solange nicht deren Rechtsabteilungen ihnen versichern können, dass dies regelkonform ist. Aber sobald sie dieses GO erhalten, wird der Preis von Bitcoin drastisch ansteigen. […] Dann werden sie diese 1 – 3% kaufen und ich glaube, dass dies in den nächsten zwei bis drei Jahren geschehen wird.“
