This could be due to stacking the layers wrong, mixing the resin wrong, curing the resin wrong or a design failure. If the turbine was spinning at the time it could also be it was spinning too fast; when the blade tips break the sound barrier they can come apart as would happen to airplane Props.

Um die Details hinzubekommen musste ich auch mehrere Aufnahmen kombinieren. Für das hochkant Panorama von dem 200m Windrad habe ich 6 Aufnahmen benötigt.
Zu den Ursachen habe ich bisher noch nichts gefunden.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie es passieren kann, dass die Flügel eines Windrades regelrecht zerfetzt wurden, wodurch? Wie ich sehe, wohnt wohl keiner in direkter Nähe, Glück im Unglück.
