Port San Pedro 'n Plaza Independencia;One of the Finest Destination in Cebu!

Hi,Let me introduce to you one of the historical park in our place, Cebu City.
Port San Pedro is one of the historic and finest destination in Cebu which are called the Fuente de San Pedro in Spanish. It is a military defense structure in Cebu.And was built by the spaniards under the supervision of Miguel Lopez de Legazpi whom the first governor of Captaincy General of the Philippines.It was originally made by wood but then was replaced in 17th century with a stone fort.The constuction of it was started on May 18,1565.
It was designed in triangular shape and has two sides facing the sea and the third side is facing the land.Outside of it you can see the statue of Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and Antonio Pigafette withisciptions of their work.

Port San Pedro is located at Plaza Independencia,Pigafetta Street in the Pier Area of Cebu City.This historical Park was very known as the finest destination of many people especially tourists from the different country.It is also the destination of the different students from the different Universities in Cebu.It is their meeting place where some make practices for School activities, dating place and where children can play.There is also an exclusive area for the children to play.They have their slides,swings and etc. where children would really enjoy and can interact with other children.

Aside from it's very green surroundings,you can also find peace if you want to be alone.But mostly, people will visit here as a group and have their group activity. with their families and have picnic. And because of it's beautiful spot everyone would not come out here without their selfies and groufies. People enjoy staying in the place and feel every moment of stay.However,people who will visit in the place must observe cleanliness in the place for preservation of it.
