I want to show the Berlin monument to the Soviet army, which maybe, not everyone knows. Even more famous is the memorial complex at Treptow Park with a statue of a famous Soviet soldier holding a little girl in his arms.
But in the heart of the city, on the edge of the Tiergarten park near the Reichstag, there is another monument. More than 2,000 Soviet soldiers killed in the Battle of Berlin are buried here.
