Movement of energy and recovery of damaged organs( Qigong for beginners )
Before turning to more complex Qigong practices, I want to let you know about the flow of energy and its impact on all of our internal organs, as I can see from your comments that the essence of this process remains unclear.
The yin-yang theory
For all of you, Yin-yang's known theories apply to "qi" energies. Our energy can also be Yin and Yang. But what is it and how does it work? Let us first recall the yin-yang theory.
Yin is the moon, which is the sun. Yin - the beginning of women, who - men. Yin is darkness, light.
But light and darkness are closely intertwined. The moon replaces the sun, the darkness of light. They are neighbors and exchanged. But the yin-the theory says that there is no light without the grains of darkness, and even in the dark there are grains of light (good and evil means). Yin and who are always near and around us.
But the most important thing in this theory is the balance of yin and yang, good and evil. In a harmonious and normal world, they are shared. And this balance violation is unacceptable. Our "qi" energy also consists of Yin Qi and Yang Qi. In normal healthy people in the proper circulation of energy, the same equilibrium between these two types of "ци" energy is observed. From this is our shared energy formed, affecting our whole body, its physical state and its emotions. Weakness or agility.
Imbalanced energy
By what violation of circulation and energy balance. As a rule, the reason for this is an inactive lifestyle. The energy in humans is weakened and the balance is disrupted. Maybe you yourself have noticed the people around. People, with active work and an active lifestyle up to a very old age, feel very good, not allowing age-related illness to affect themselves. Others, in opposite ways, tend to exaggerate their small diseases and feel much worse.
Violations of the energy balance are also influenced by our energy centers - and the like. Our Dantian Administrator is our brain. No wonder they say that our mind is material. Giving a message to the body that you, for example, will be sick, or will not get sick, you send energy there.
With qigong physical exercise combined with the right message, you can strengthen your body. In the absence of practice and a permanent way of life, it worsens your well-being. Ie. Physical exercise with energy is always combined with the conscious impact of this energy on your body.
If your energy is strong, then just think about it and feel good. But if your energy is weak, you must first fix it, otherwise it will cause imbalance and damage to internal organs and diseases.
Our other active energy center is the lower Dantian. This corresponds to our physical center of gravity. That way, through proper breathing, we can control the movement of our energy and create the right energy circulation in the body. For this reason proper "uterine" breathing is essential for all practices with "qi" energy.
