This is so easy and so delicious.

Ingredients

Take 3 bananas - ripe

Sugar to taste or Zylitol

I use a plastic deep jug to blend the bananas ..works so well and quickly too

Mix up some orley whip with beater ...250 ml

1 med can crushed pineapple

1. Blend bananas till smooth
2. Add crushed pinapple and sweeten to taste
3. Lastly beaten orley whip ...blend in by hand

Place In freezer that has been set at lowest temperature in a freezer safe container

Freeze until it is like soft ice cream
