Bangladesh achieves competence in counter-disaster

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has remarked that the people of Bangladesh have achieved the competence in countering the disaster. He said, we are following the CPP model to counter the disaster.

We are preparing and implementing different policies to combat disaster.
He said these things at the Disability and Disaster Management Conference organized at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center on Tuesday morning.

The Prime Minister said, the volunteers have been trained on what to do during the disaster. I think this type of training will play a lot in the face of disaster.

Referring to the allowance of 8 lakh disabled persons every month, the Prime Minister said, we are giving scholarships to 80 thousand disabled students. By 2030, Bangladesh is determined to achieve the SDG target.
