Do you ever kind of stop and ask yourself - when was the last time I was truly happy?
Or maybe; is it normal to fell this dull - all the time?
In an ever-so-growing concept of a globally spread depression, born from ill derived individualism and a general lack of communication, It would be silly to just have a one type of depression.
In THIS ONLINE TEST you can check out a more specific diagnosis of your depression, based on your answers.
It seems that Dysthimia is a high result for me.
Dysthymia, or dysthymic disorder, is a clinical diagnosis of moderate, persistent depression. Sufferers do not routinely experience the extremes of major depression, but the duration can be much longer. Dysthymia does not often inhibit normal activities.

Ahh.
This is what got me writing this post in the first place.
Things are not black and white.
Everything is in between-
from the slightest to the most intense.
The over-dramatization of the classical depression made us all miss the point - that being- that the most of us are actually in this constant void.
It is a void between going to work;
but not being actually there.
A void between buying a bus ticket
but swallowing a big gulp of anxiety in your throat.
Seeing your day-to-day struggles,
but not having the strength to face them.
Dreaming of a better you one day,
but engaging in self-defeat.
It seems that life is
too long for grieving
and to short for happiness.
I suppose in this road we all take
It's not the fear of forward that stops us;
rather the burden of the things behind
that formed us in the first place.
See you soon.
