Depressive Attack
An example of a pre existing but inactive depression re-occurring like an attack.
You will have one certain thing that will put you down, you will struggle sleeping that night, with countless thoughts busying your mind, will wake up and have them thoughts rebuilding, slowly making you cry until they burst you into tears, you won’t leave your bed, will want to sleep again, will put your head once again on your pillow, your tears will sprinkle it, you will close your eyes, but your mind won’t stop thinking of that thing that started it all over again, and will try to drift you back to the dark clouds, where you ve managed to escape before, you will be afraid of what’s approaching. You will have tears coming down out with your eyes closed. Then you ll change your position, but nothing is going to help, as if it is not enough, crying in so much stressing state, will cause a headache. You will have to get up, go to bathroom and wash your face, come back and will try to prepare some food, that you won’t be able to eat but some bites. Then you will go back to bed, will feel like spending the whole day in the bed, going outside to distract your mind is going to sound so far away and exhausting. You won’t want to talk to people, you won’t be able to keep yourself from thinking. That will bring up the suicidal thoughts back(if you ve ever had it before) you will know that you ve beaten those thoughts before many times maybe, which will supposedly give you the realization that you should not fall. However, it will be extremely compelling. You will question your presence.
Short note out of personal experiences; if you experienced one strong genuine depressive period and recovered from it a little, the second time youre going to experience a depression should be many years afar, if it will be within a year or 2, the consequences and process will be thougher, depression will have more power while you will be weaker.
