HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOU ARE DEPRESSED

I used to wake up feeling very low and I didn’t know why. I tried to listen to music, read a book, watch a movie, eat my favorite food, play, take a walk, talk to a friend but the mood wouldn’t go away.

It kept becoming worse and worse. I lost interest in everything. That which normally made me happy could not. I started to develop intense fear and I became anxious followed by panic attacks and a deep sense of hopelessness. I dint know that this was depression, I just knew there was something wrong but I could not place my hand on it.

What eventually brought me the cure was self reflection meditation and releasing negative energy that had piled up in me. Self-forgiveness played a major role. Forgiving others too and becoming 100 percent responsible for my life.
