Yes, I am stressed + depressed

The thought of the exam hall. The noise of the invigilator walking up and down. The deafening sound of the clock ticking. For me, the pressure and stress of exams can be suffocating.
Both writing and reading blogs can be a source of motivation and inspiration for people living with depression. With physical borders removed, the online community from around the globe support one another in the fight against mental illness. Blogs also offer an opportunity for people who don’t suffer from depression to get a deep insight into the condition, and achieve a greater level of understanding.
So Handle the Exam Pressure!!
Lots of people will tell you this, because it's true - exams aren't everything. Whatever happens in your exams, you can still be successful in life afterwards. So if you don't do as well as you'd hoped, try to keep things in perspective.
