Not sure why you're accusing the guy of stealing. I only signed up with a Steemit account to follow this guy. And I upvote him... There may be more people like me. He can do whatever he wants with the gains he gets. that's not stealing. But what you posted looks a little like slander.
He engages in collusive voting and is a threat to the future of Steem.
Good for you. Hope you work to add value without employing devious means that take away earning potential from the community at large for nominal effort.
