Dear community,
The period January 12-19, 2018 was highlighted by the development of the Dentacoin Partner Network. We entered the US market by partnering with LifDental (a dental chain with three dental practices in Buffalo, New York) and Aura Family Dentistry (a dental practice in Simi Valley, California). Moreover, another UK-based practice started accepting payments in DCN as well: Quality Affordable Dentistry, Hemel Hempstead.
Today we are happy to say “Welcome” to two more clinics joining our network: Dentist3 (Selangor, Malaysia) and Daily Care Dental (Suva, Fiji)!

Initially, I was skeptical about Dentacoin because I couldn't see how they would approach worldwide adoption - I figured it was another great idea that would stay theoretical. But after following their blog and twitter updates, I see they are gaining partner clinics weekly. I have a lot of hope in this coin for the long-term.

I guess there are not many dentists that accept bitcoin, most of them haven´t even heard of bitcoin and co. So I am pretty surprised that they found practices which already accept this coin as payment.
But why do they have to use Dentacoin and why not any other cryptocurrency on the market?
Perhaps if we look at it as a whole global industry in relation to patients, dentist, suppliers and manufactures, all using one standard payment system. Thus creating mass adoption of the token creating a strong user case, which will lead to increase in value of token and this symbiotic effect will benefit the users economically. My take.
