I work in the dental industry and I believe this altcoin will not take off and will not be accepted...at least in North America where everything is tightly regulated and lots of insurance companies are involved on the patients side. Without an universal consensus it just cannot function.
Can totally understand @attila why you might feel that way, but I think many of us are not seeing the bigger picture that is currently underway. Blockchain is about to decentralise EVERYTHING globally over the next years, AND that includes Government.

Time will tell, but I am starting to really like this Dentacoin crew myself. :)
