Dench Music has launched an ICO to allow the general public to fund the creation of songs and music videos by various artists. It has issued an ERC20 named MIC token that is to become a part of a blockchain-based retail platform. The investors will be able to exchange the tokens for a wide range of services (visiting the video shoot set, video cameos, meeting the artists, etc.). Dench Music is planning to releases first songs in Q4 2018 with the Pre-Sale date at 15 June 2018. Its ICO Price at 1 ETH = 2,500 MIC, while the preICO price is 1 ETH = 3,125 MIC. Total token available for supply is 50,000,000 MIC. Minimum Investment is at 0.5 ETH.

If the hard cap is reached, it will distribute 30% of any realized profits to investors.

The percentage of hard cap fulfilment will determine how much profit will be shared with investors. For example, if the raised amount is 80% of all ETH, the percentage of profit sharing to investors will be 30% * 0,8 hard cap fulfilment = 24% of profit sharing among investors. Contributors will also receive 2,500 free MIC Tokens for every ETH contributed (MIC tokens are fully functional ERC20 utility tokens) through a smart contract.
