The production process of Preserved eggs

The role of straw ash is to prevent the egg body from being cracked by collision, and maintain stable temperature and humidity. ⒋Sealed marinating: Put the duck eggs wrapped in grass ash into a jar and seal it. Depending on the temperature and season, the marinating time is generally between 1 and 2 months. ⒌Finished product treatment: after taking out the cured Preserved eggs, clean it and eat it. It can be stored for more than three months at room temperature.
