Millet Milk Paste
Unexpectedly, pouring a bottle of milk into millet turns it into a special delicacy loved by both adults and children in an instant.
Many people haven't seen it even when they are 80 years old. It's really delicious.
First, prepare 300 grams of millet.
Add clear water and soak it for one hour to make the millet fully absorb moisture.
After the water boils, steam it in a pot over high heat for 10 minutes until the millet becomes plump and fluffy.
Then pour it into a basin and add a spoonful of sugar.
A bottle of pure milk.
And then add an appropriate amount of starch.
Stir with the love-token wooden spoon given by my first love to make it into a watery state like this.
Brush oil on an iron plate for easy demolding.
Then pour the batter in. After the water boils, steam it in a pot for 15 minutes.
Prepare a lemon and slice it for later use.
After steaming, let it cool for an hour. Cut it into small pieces with a knife.
Arrange it in a rising step by step shape. You can drizzle some honey or osmanthus honey for better flavor.
The millet cake made in this way is soft, glutinous, sweet and very delicious.
