Facebook Kills Your Time

Today I will write an article about Facebook which is just a waste of our time."why did I say that?"
because playing Facebook does not benefit, but only a loss of time.

Facebook and Instagram can help you stay in touch with family and friends.But spending too much time on social media can really make you feel more alone and loss.

The more time young people spend on Facebook social media, the more likely they are to feel socially isolated, according to psychologists at the University of Pittsburgh.
Too much time on sites like facebook, Snapchat, Reddit and Tumblr can lead to feelings of envy and deviant beliefs, according to a study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine.that participants who use social media for more than two hours a day have twice the opportunity to be socially isolated than their friends who spend less than half an hour on social media every day.
spend too much time on facebook then you are very loss and lost work.
